Research has shown that high quality oregano oil containing 75 – 85% carvacrol and 2% thymol is effective in providing support against many bacteria, including E. coli, klebsiella, salmonella, staphylococcus, plus the parasite giardia, the fungus aspergillus, and the yeast candida albicans.
